Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Terms: The total cost for EVENT MAESTRO ENTERTAINMENT’s services is outlined in the ‘Price Summary’ section. A non-refundable deposit is required upon signing agreement to secure the event date, as well as specific services and equipment rentals. This deposit acknowledges the reservation of your event in our schedule and the allocation of necessary resources. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event date. Failure to complete this payment on time may result in the cancellation of our services, with the deposit being retained to cover initial costs incurred.
  2. Deposit and Service Securement: The deposit not only confirms your booking with EVENT MAESTRO ENTERTAINMENT but also guarantees the allocation of specific equipment and services essential for your event. It facilitates initial preparations such as consultations, planning, and design work crucial for the successful execution of your event.
  3. Overtime and Venue Permissions: Additional performance time beyond the agreed schedule is subject to overtime charges and venue permissions. Such requests are accommodated where feasible, subject to additional fees payable on the event day.
  4. Cancellation Policy: This agreement is irrevocable except by mutual written consent. If the Purchaser cancels within 60 days of the event, the full “Event Fee” is payable as liquidated damages.
  5. Weather Conditions for Outdoor Events: EVENT MAESTRO ENTERTAINMENT’s compensation remains unaffected by weather conditions. The Purchaser is responsible for providing necessary shelter for performance equipment. EVENT MAESTRO ENTERTAINMENT may halt or cancel the performance in case of potential weather-related hazards.
  6. Safety and Performance Disruption: EVENT MAESTRO ENTERTAINMENT may cease performance in situations posing a threat to staff or equipment. Resolution of such situations is required for performance resumption, with full payment due regardless of outcome. The Purchaser is liable for any damage to equipment caused by attendees.
  7. Facility and Technical Requirements: The Purchaser is to provide a minimum of 8×8 feet performance area and a 15-20-amp power outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. Additional specific technical needs, depending on the event scale, will be communicated. The Purchaser bears responsibility for any performance delays or equipment damage due to facility-related issues.
  8. Financial Responsibilities: Non-payment will result in legal action, with the Purchaser liable for all associated costs. Returned checks incur a $50.00 fee plus a $25.00 service charge.
  9. Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, both parties agree that such disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Georgia.
  10. Limitations of Liability: EVENT MAESTRO ENTERTAINMENT shall not be liable to the Purchaser for special, indirect, or consequential damages under any provision of this agreement or for any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of any act or failure to act herein. The Purchaser’s sole recourse shall be limited to the monies paid.
  11. Setup and Performance Assurance: EVENT MAESTRO ENTERTAINMENT will be ready to perform at the agreed start time. A minimum of 120 minutes before and after the event is required for setup and takedown. For events demanding more intricate setup or larger scale arrangements, additional time may be necessary to ensure optimal setup and seamless event execution.
  12. Insurance Coverage: EVENT MAESTRO ENTERTAINMENT shall maintain at its own expense, during the entire term of this agreement, a comprehensive general liability insurance policy. This policy will provide coverage with minimum limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and an aggregate limit of two million dollars ($2,000,000) for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. Upon request, EVENT MAESTRO ENTERTAINMENT will provide the Purchaser with a certificate of insurance as proof of such coverage. This insurance shall be in effect at all times during the term of this contract and will serve to protect both EVENT MAESTRO ENTERTAINMENT and the Purchaser against all reasonable claims arising out of EVENT MAESTRO ENTERTAINMENT’s performance under this agreement.
  13. Force Majeure: EVENT MAESTRO ENTERTAINMENT’s obligation to perform is subject to the non-occurrence of events beyond their control, including but not limited to accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God. In such events, every effort will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not feasible, the Purchaser will receive a refund excluding the deposit.
